- BREAKFAST: Unfortunately we have to inform you that we are not serving breakfast until further notice. Loadshedding has brought challenges (keeping perishable food fresh, defrosting, cooking, warming, etc.) which we are not currently able to cope with.
- Lock-up cupboard and SAFE available at office. We do not take responsibility for any item(s) being lost, damaged or stolen. The Queen Bed and One Bedroom Self-catering Units have safes in their cupboards.
- Guests are liable for the replacement value as well as a handling fee if any goods are stolen or broken. Please handle our property with care.
- NO PARTIES, GET-TOGETHERS or LOUD MUSIC are allowed on our premises.
- SILENCE is required after 19H00 to show respect to fellow guests.
- No swimming after 20H00 (8 p.m.).
- Only paying guests (mentioned during booking of accommodation) are allowed on the Obesa Lodge premises at night and in swimming pool.
- NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR OKA PIPES in the rooms. The use of alcohol is allowed BUT NOT THE ABUSE OF ALCOHOL. Misconduct will lead to immediate eviction.
- Our staff members are not allowed to do any personal laundry without owner’s permission. Please use the Laundromat at Radium Cleaners, 89 Church Street, Graaff-Reinet. Laundry bags available at the office.
- Check for personal belongings before leaving and please check that you do not take our towels, pillows, keys, etc. by mistake.
- Hand in keys before departure or DROP KEYS IN KEYBOXES left of remote controlled gates. R350 (replacement value of keys, key holder and remote control) will be charged to replace keys should you fail to leave keys.
