CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings are only confirmed when deposits (50% of tariff) are received. The Cancellation Fee is 100% of the deposit received. Guests who cancel 2 days or less before their date of arrival are responsible for the full amount outstanding.
All December bookings and Event bookings are payable in full and non-refundable.
